Project scope & payment
Prices marked estimate or quote require a written proposal. Your order identifies deliverables, dependencies, timeline, revision rounds, payment schedule, and third-party costs. Custom deposits and payment milestones are set in the quote. Paid subscriptions, domains, licenses, hardware, shipping and tax are separate unless included.
Website delivery & revisions
Splash: one page, $79, one revision. Basic: up to three pages, $149, two revisions. Enterprise: up to five pages, $399, three revisions. Domain costs are separate. Production targets use business days and begin after complete information, required access, agreed payment and an accepted production slot. Included revision requests must be submitted within five business days of delivery. Additional scope requires a revised quote.
Cancellations & third-party services
Read the cancellation terms in your quote before accepting or paying. A quote must identify any nonrefundable commitment or third-party cost. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available. We do not guarantee third-party approvals, rankings, business outcomes, uninterrupted service or AI accuracy.
Appointments
Virtual startup/overhaul consultations are $20 for 15 minutes. Request cancellation at least 24 hours ahead and rescheduling at least 12 hours ahead. On-site assessments are $199 for under 90 minutes within 30 miles of our dispatch location. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
Store condition, returns & optional warranty
Listings identify price, condition, stock, testing notes, defects and included items. Used/open-box items do not include change-of-mind returns. Report condition or description issues promptly, preferably within 48 hours. The owner reviews the circumstances and available remedies. An optional seven-day limited warranty applies only when expressly offered on a selected item over $250 before sale; it is not automatic. Item-specific coverage and exclusions must be disclosed. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Pickup, delivery & shipping
Pickup is by confirmed appointment in Carmichael. A pickup reservation expires one hour after its scheduled time. Local delivery is within 25 driving miles, priced at $5 per 5 miles; the final route and charge are approved before payment. U.S. shipping costs are quoted manually with a PayPal Goods & Services invoice. Invoice issuance is targeted within six business hours after review, and shipping occurs after verified payment. Shipping and delivery estimates are confirmed individually. If shipment is delayed, we will explain the revised date and your available delay-consent or cancellation/refund options.
Creative work & rights
Supply materials you have the rights to use, including audio, photographs and brand assets. The $149 AI music visual includes up to 60 seconds of 720p output and one limited revision, with a 72-hour target after complete inputs and an accepted production slot. Client-specific raw media and editable workflows are included as listed in the accepted scope; third-party licenses continue to apply. AI output requires human review.
Privacy
We collect information you submit, such as contact details, project requirements, appointment preferences and order fulfillment details. We use it to respond, scope and perform work, manage payments, maintain records and protect systems. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; do not submit card numbers or passwords in inquiry forms. Request information is stored in our operational database. Limited technical identifiers are used to prevent abuse. Service providers may process data needed for hosting, email, scheduling and payment. Advertising analytics are not included in this build.
We retain records as needed to complete work and meet operational, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to lawful retention requirements. Do not submit medical records, government identification or other sensitive records through the public forms.
